Thirteen nomination papers were returned by 1 September for the forthcoming elections to Council. Of these, five were found not to be compliant with the conditions required for submission as agreed by Council 2021. Non-adherence to the conditions included the following: membership numbers not matching proposer, incorrect membership numbers, non-member proposer, failure to fill out the form as requested, proposer incorrect number, non-compliance of returning the full application, non-compliance with method of returning nomination papers by registered post. Performance Indicator Assessments Results

At the recent Performance Indicator Assessments of the CPBS, open to Class 1 fillies and mares of three and four years of age, there were 21 entries, with one withdrawal. Of the 20 participating ponies 16 achieved a score of 75 or over, out of 100,  receiving a 'bronze' award and 50 merits. The remaining four scored below the 75 mark and each was awarded 30 merits.
