Update 21st August 2018:  Under the CPBS Memorandum & Articles, as there are less or equal candidates to vacant electoral seats in each province, there will not be a postal ballot performed in 2018. The allocation of council seats to candidates will be decided by a draw which will be carried out by two independent people at an independent venue. Mr Sean Heanue and Mr Jerry Mahon will perform the draw on Thursday 6th September - Candidates or their appointed representative are welcome to watch the draw take place if they wish...
