Extension to get your stallion details entered - deadline Friday 16th October Online Stallion Directory The Connemara Pony Breeders’ Society is compiling a free online approved stallion directory for publication in the autumn of this year.  The directory will be a comprehensive source of Connemara stallions available for service in Ireland (arranged by county) and abroad.  It will contain pedigree information, a linear profile (where applicable), a photograph of each stallion, stallion performance records where available and owner/keeper contact information. Inspections: Due to COVID-19 restrictions and Government guidelines spectators will not be permitted at the upcoming colt and filly inspections. Entries will open soon for an additional Autumn inspection centre for mares in Greenacres Equestrian Centre, Convoy, Co Donegal.  Date to be confirmed. Inspections/Covid-19

Concerning the ongoing implications and gradual lifting of restrictions with regard to the coronavirus pandemic, the viability of holding inspections will continue to be monitored. The Council is hopeful that inspections will be held in the Autumn, subject to restrictions being further eased and that it is possible to put suitable procedures and precautions in place given the pandemic.
