CPBS registered ponies tested privately for HWSD are eligible to have the result included in a section titled “Private HWSD” in the CPBS database.

A completed and signed application for inclusion of a Private HWSD Test must be submitted to the CPBS office and must be accompanied with a
true copy of the original certificate from the issuing laboratory.

The application form for inclusion is available for download here:- Private HWSD Test or can be requested from the office.
