Testing your pony for HWSD if they already have a Connemara Passport

If you would like to have your pony tested for Hoof Wall Separation Disease and they already have a Connemara passport, you can now apply to have this done through the CPBS office. Please note all new registrations for 2016 will be tested at the time of DNA typing.

This form is ONLY for mares or stallions who currently have a passport.
