Applications in relation to issuing of kits, transfers, passports, etc. are dealt with in strict rotation as they are received or dropped off at the office – counter service is strictly a drop-off or pick-up one. Applications that are not complete, ie incomplete forms, missing or unvalidated Equine Premises Numbers, incorrect or no fees will be returned to applicant for completion – payments can be processed through our online service, pre-paid by credit card by calling the office, or by cheque/postal order accompanying the application. The CPBS does not facilitate call-back service for payments due to the volume of incoming calls being dealt with and the extra costs this incurs. To enable the staff to administer these services we would ask that phone queries in relation to applications be limited to strictly necessary calls only.
