EGM Memorandum and Articles of Association
The Council of the CPBS have convened an Extraordinary General Meeting of the CPBS to be held on Friday 17th July 2015 in Hayden’s Hotel, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway at 8.30pm. The purpose of this EGM is to consider and, if thought fit pass a special resolution to amend the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company. Please note only members resident in Ireland who have paid their membership subscription on or before the 31st of January 2015 will be eligible to vote at the EGM. Below please find a copy of the proposed Memorandum and Articles of Association. The CPBS encourages all members to attend this important meeting. Please note members only will be entitled to attend.
