The following nominations have been received from candidates seeking election to the Council of the Connemara Pony Breeders’ Society in accordance with Article 15 of the CPBS Constitution by the closing date of 16/8/17: Connacht Ann Marie Conroy, Ballyconneely, Co Galway   Sean Carey, Ballinasloe, Co Galway  " If I am elected I will continue to promote the performance Connemara pony"   Michael Flanagan, Hazelwood, Co Sligo  "To all members, breeders, producers and anyone involved with the Connemara. I assure, if elected I will continue to strive to promote all aspects of our National Connemara pony. Finally as the prices are beginning to rise it is now a time to use careful marketing skills to promote past of our National heritage across the globe - Our Connemara Pony "   John Noel Mullen, Cleggan, Co Galway  "I John Noel Mullen am priviledged and honoured to nominate myself tot he council of the Connemara Pony Breeders' Society.
