There will be a HWSD (Hoof Wall Syndrome Disease) presentation in CLIFDEN 3pm Saturday 28 March at the Theatre in the Station House Hotel.  It is open to all interested people, all Connemara breeders, and owners Padraic Heanue has organized this event so veterinary surgeon, Kate Murray (MRCVS, MVB), can give her talk on HWSD, that she presented at the last CPBS council meeting. This is an opportunity for Irish breeders, international visitors/breeders and council members to attend, learn about clinical signs of HWSD, the implications for the breed, and how to get ponies gene tested.
