Council Elections & AGM Due to the high number of errors and omissions in submitted Council election nomination forms, it was considered prudent to seek a legal view to determine their validity. In the circumstances and following receipt of this opinion, Council have agreed that the nomination forms may be accepted and meet the criteria of the Articles of Association. To allow due process to take place the date of the Annual General Meeting has been deferred to 27^th November, 2022.
