The Connemara Pony Breeders’ Society is inviting owners to submit applications for the free online approved Stallion Directory update for 2022.  The directory is a comprehensive source of Class 1 and Class 2 Connemara stallions available for service in Ireland (arranged by county) and abroad.  It contains pedigree information, a linear profile (where applicable), a photograph of each stallion (where provided by owner), stallion performance records (where available) and owner/keeper contact information. The stallion directory is available to view online and to download from the Database page of the CPBS website at no cost. There is no charge for inclusion of stallions in the directory and it is an opportunity to advertise your stallion to a very wide audience.  

•  An application form to include your stallion is available for download at Stallion Directory Application 2022 and also from the CPBS Office.  Owners must complete this in full, sign the consent section and return as early as possible to avail of this opportunity. Each individual stallion will require a separate application to be completed and signed in full. Where a stallion is standing with a keeper the consent form must also be signed by the keeper.  Incomplete or unsigned applications cannot be accepted for publication.  
• Only stallions that have been tested for Hoof Wall Separation Disease (HWSD) will be included in the stallion directory.  If you have not already had your pony tested an application form is available to submit online or download at:- Hoof Wall Sepatation Disease and you are encouraged to do so without delay.  
• Stallions tested privately for HWSD are eligible for inclusion in the directory. An application for inclusion of Private HWSD Test must be submitted to the CPBS office accompanied with a copy of the original certificate from the issuing laboratory.
